Personal Chef Services

Chef GayleThis service is offered to those who would like the individualized attention of their own personal chef or who have special dietary and/or nutritional needs and would like menus created specifically around their likes, dislikes, and dietary and health needs. A menu package consists of a total of 20 meals – 4 servings each of 5 separate entree (and sides, where appropriate). Meals will last several months when frozen and are as delicious when heated as when first prepared. The cost of service varies depending on the type of service selected and the type of meats and ingredients desired.

We offer two options at this level.

In-House Personal Chef Services

Chopping Vegetables Chef will come to your home and do the food preparation, cooking and packaging in your kitchen (using your stove and her own equipment) and will leave your kitchen as spotless as it was before her arrival when done. Meals will be packaged and arranged in your refrigerator and/or freezer, in pre arranged serving sizes (individual, double, or family size). A copy of the menu along with simple heating instructions will be left on your counter or fridge. Prices start at $350.00 for a total of 20 meals. That’s a per plate cost of $17.50.

Centralized Personal Chef Services

Kitchen VegetablesChef will do the meal preparation, cooking and packaging of your individualized menu in her commercial kitchen (instead of in your home), thereby saving valuable time and expense in reduced travel and set-up time and allowing us to lower the cost to you. Delivery of your meals is free within a 20-mile radius of downtown Bangor and meals can be arranged in your refrigerator and/or freezer, in pre arranged serving sizes (individual, double, or family size). A copy of the menu along with simple heating instructions will be delivered with your meals. Prices start at $300.00 for a total of 20 meals. That’s a per plate cost of $15.00.


Red PeppersChoose either service and Chef will come to your home and conduct an in-depth initial interview of your preferences, likes and dislikes, and dietary concerns as well as preferences for types of cuisines, eating style, etc. Chef will then prepare a menu based on this information and submit it for your approval. Once approved (or approved following modifications, if needed), Chef will shop for the freshest possible ingredients available, prepare and cook the meals and package them, ready for your freezer, in pre-selected serving sizes (individual, double or family size). New menus will be offered one to two weeks before your current meals run out and are offered for your approval.
