We are busy professionals living in a too fast-paced world, where the question of “What’s for dinner” often ended up being take out, a quick toss of pasta with sauce or worse, a plate of nachos and cheese. Sound familiar? Dani, a Speech-Language Pathologist and Sue, an Occupational Therapist, have each operated their own Private practices for the past 21 years and continue with their ‘day jobs’ as they support Chef’s development of Thyme Saved.
Gayle, the chef, is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy whose passion for creating culinary delights helped her to recently decide to change careers. After 20 years in education, and with the urging and backing of all of those who have had the good fortune to taste her food, Chef decided to educate herself in the area where her passion lies and become a Personal Chef.
Thyme Saved is about creating healthy, delicious, and nutritious meals for busy individuals and families who either don’t have the time or the interest in cooking.
