Personal Chef Services: How It Works

For those interested in having Chef meet with you and develop individual, customized menus tailored to your culinary and dietary needs. Frequency of menus would be based on individual needs. Chef can help manage special dietary needs including weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. Prices start at $300.00 for Personal Chef services and $350.00 for in-home Personal Chef services. Chef’s Choice Menu
Chef Gayle offers a customized and varied package menu that changes monthly. Each package includes all 5 entrees.
Orders can be for either:
4 servings per entrée (total of 20 meals)
or
2 servings per entrée (total of 10 meals)
- Price for the 20 meal package: $250.00
- Price for the 10 meal package: $125.00

Chef’s Lite Menu
You asked for it, here it is, for those of you looking for a lighter fare (calorie controlled and fat reduced).We offer a variety of options. Included with the entrees are total calories, fat grams, carb grams, and protein grams.

Custom Creations
This menu offers greater options in selection of portion size, sides and entrees and pricing. Selections from this menu can be added on to Chef’s Choice Menu.
Every Custom Creation menu offers the same entrees as those listed in chef’s Choice Menu, with additional entrees and side dishes.
Prices range from $6.95 to $18.00 typically, with a $75.00 minimum order (before taxes) required.

No matter which option you choose, all menus change monthly. Each meal is cooked to order, using the freshest ingredients and no preservatives or trans fats, for healthier food. Meals are prepared, cooked, and packaged ready for your freezer and delivered to you the next business day. A copy of your menu and heating instructions are included. Orders from Chef’s Choice Menu and Custom Creations Menu must be received by 5 PM Friday on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. The cook date will be the following Tuesday and deliveries are scheduled for Wednesday. Free delivery to your home or work within a 20 mile radius of downtown Bangor. Live outside the area? No problem, contact us to arrange to meet the next time you’re in the Bangor area.
